These terms apply to preset packs bought through photography.antisoosaar.ee. Presets are downloadable photo-editing settings, not physical goods or a subscription.
What you are buying
The product page describes the number of presets, file format, included guide, checked software and relevant limitations. Please read this information before buying. Lightroom software, an Adobe subscription and sample photographs are not included.
The preset packs come from Lightroom desktop on Windows and Nikon Z8 NEF RAW files. The Põhjala Festival workflow has been checked with Nikon Z8 ISO 64 RAW files. Põhjala 8881 uses the Camera Neutral profile and changes exposure and white balance, among other settings. The results of these preset packs have not been tested separately in Lightroom Classic or mobile; compatibility with other cameras, JPEG/HEIF files and HDR output has not been confirmed. Each product page and included guide describe the checked workflow and limitations.
A preset gives your edit a starting point. Light, exposure and the original file affect the result, and the settings may need adjusting for your photograph. Captions accompanying the examples on the product page explain the treatments being compared.
Price and placing an order
The shop currently accepts orders from customers located in Estonia with an Estonian billing address.
The product price and order total are shown in euros before payment. The total includes applicable taxes. There are no postage charges for digital delivery.
Check your products, price and email address at checkout. Available payment methods are shown there. Confirming the order using the button that states an obligation to pay commits you to paying for the purchase. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed and the seller sends the order confirmation to your email address.
Receiving your files
With your express consent, supply of the digital content begins after payment is confirmed, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. Your download links are available on the order confirmation page and in the order email. If the order is linked to your account, they also appear in your account downloads. The links assigned to your order have no separate expiry date or download-count limit. Save the ZIP file and a backup to your device.
Your order confirmation includes the purchase details, the terms that applied when you bought and confirmation of your digital delivery consent. Keep this email and a backup of the downloaded files. If the files will not open or the download link does not work, email anti@nulleuri.ee with your order number.
Usage rights
One purchase gives one person the right to use the presets to edit their photographs and authorised client work. You may publish, sell and deliver the edited photographs. You may not share or resell the preset files. The preset licence, also included in the download, explains the full usage rights.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days from concluding a distance contract to withdraw without giving a reason.
If you want the files immediately, checkout asks you separately for express consent to supply before that period ends and your acknowledgement that you understand the loss of the right of withdrawal. The right ends when supply of the digital content begins only if you have given this consent and acknowledgement and the seller has provided the required contract and consent confirmation on a durable medium, such as an email.
If a required condition has not been met, the right of withdrawal does not disappear simply because the product is a download. To exercise a valid right of withdrawal, send a clear notice to anti@nulleuri.ee before the deadline. You may use the example below, but you do not have to.
If you withdraw, we refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise with you, and do not charge a refund fee. You must stop using digital content received under the terminated contract and must not make it available to anyone else.
The withdrawal exception does not limit your rights if the digital content is faulty or does not match what was promised.
If something is wrong
Email anti@nulleuri.ee with your order number and a description of the issue. For an import or editing problem, your Lightroom version, camera, file type and, if possible, a screenshot of the error message help us investigate. We do not need your Adobe account password.
If the files do not conform to the contract, you can require them to be brought into conformity free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. In the circumstances provided by law, you may be entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the contract and receive the corresponding refund. For a one-off supply, the seller is responsible for a lack of conformity that existed at supply and becomes apparent within two years. Your statutory rights and the applicable duties to maintain conformity remain in force.
We answer a consumer's written complaint within 15 days. If resolving it needs more time, we explain the delay and give a new reasonable deadline.
Disputes and personal data
We first try to resolve the matter with you directly. Consumers may take a dispute within its jurisdiction to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee or to a court. The European Consumer Centre Estonia can help with cross-border consumer disputes.
Estonian law applies to the contract. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory consumer law in their country of habitual residence where that law applies. Our privacy notice explains how purchase data is processed.

Preset licence
This licence applies to the files in preset packs bought through photography.antisoosaar.ee.
Your photographs, your work
Your purchase gives you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the purchased version. Each licence is for one person. You may use the presets on your own photographs and photographs you have permission to edit, including paid client work. If you buy on behalf of a business, use one licence for each photographer or photo editor.
You may publish, sell, print and deliver photographs edited with the presets. Credit to Anti Soosaar is welcome but is not required. Using a preset does not give Anti any rights to your photographs.
Make the settings your own
You may adjust the settings, save customised versions for your own use and keep personal backup copies. You may keep the files on devices you use, provided the same licensed person uses them.
Keep the preset files for your use
You may not share, resell, publicly upload or include the preset files, or customised preset files derived from them, in another downloadable preset collection. This also applies to free distribution. Delivering edited photographs to a client is allowed; transferring the preset itself to a client is not included in this licence.
What your purchase includes
Your purchase includes the XMP files described on the product page and a user guide. Sample photographs, product artwork, Lightroom software and an Adobe subscription are not included. Software compatibility and the checked workflow are described on the product page and in the guide.
This licence does not limit your statutory rights, including your rights if the files do not conform to the contract. The sales terms and withdrawal information apply separately alongside this licence.
